Laksa Sarawak

Pening -pening. hari-hari Y kene pk nak masak apa.Dalam dok ngemas-ngemas tu.....Y terjumpa la pes Laksa Sarawak 3 peket.Hubby beli masa pegi kuching aritu....apa kata , kita test nak......

Bahan-bahan ( 10 orang )

400gram pes laksa Sarawak Hj Manan (2 bungkus)
2 bungkus Bihun
500gram udang basah
3 ketul dada ayam
500ml santan pekat (1 tin santan cream)
8 biji telur ayam
1 kiub pati ayam maggi
2 sudu besar sos tiram
Garam, gula & msg secukup rasa

BAHAN TAMBAHAN
500gram tauge
Daun ketumbar @ daun pudina (ikut suka)
Limau kasturi @ lemon

SAMBAL BELACAN
15 biji cili padi/cabai burung (klu nk pedas lg boleh tambah)
Belacan Sarawak (@ lain2 negeripun boleh)
Sedikit air perahan limau@lemon
Garam & gula

Cara-cara

  1. Rebus dada ayam dalam periuk sehingga masak & empuk. Angkat & carik2.
  2. Dalam air rebusan yg sama masukkan udang. Jgn biar lama sangat. Angkat & toskan.
  3. Air rebusan jgn buang, terus masukkan pes laksa sarawak ke dalamnya. 
  4. Tunggu sehingga mendidih, masukkan santan pekat. 
  5. Masukkan bahan2 perasa seperti kiub pati ayam, sos tiram, garam, gula & msg. Biar mendidih seketika.
  6. Sementara itu celurkan bihun & taugeh.
  7. Goreng dadar telur. Kemudian gulung & hiris nipis2.
  8. Untuk sambal belacan. Tumbuk cili dan belacan. Tambahkan garam, gula & perahan limau@lemon.
CARA2 MENGHIDANG LAKSA SWK
  1. Ambil sedikit bihun. Letak tauge, ayam yg telah dicarik, telur dadar yg telah dipotong, udang, daun ketumbar/pudina ; sambal belacan. Sendukkan kuah laksa swk yg masih panas. Perah limau/lemon. Sedia untuk dimakan ketika panas2.
  2. Set lengkap hidangan laksa swk.

Ayam Percik

Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam (potong
6 sentimeter halia
3 batang serai
3 labu bawang besar
2 helai daun kunyit
Ambil santan dari 1 biji kelapa

Sedikit garam dan gula
12 biji buah keras
6 ulas bawang putih
2 sm kunyit hidup
6 helai daun limau purut



Cara Penyediaan:
1. Ayam yang sudah dipotong 8, dibersihkan. Kemudian masukkan dalam periuk bersama santan dan bahan yang telah digiling lumat.
2. Daun kunyit dikoyak-koyakkan, diramas dan seterusnya dimasukkan ke dalam periuk ayam.
3. Masak dengan api yang sederhana sambil dikacau kemudian masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
4. Setelah mendidih, angkat dan sendukkan kuah yang jernih disebelah atas dan ketepikan.
5. Keluarkan ayam dari kuah yang pekat di sebelah bawah dan panggang ayam sambil di sapu air yang jernih pada ayam.
6. Biarkan hingga ayam masak dan hidangkan bersama kuah yang pekat.

Cara Paling Senang Tukar Fail PDF ke Word

Walaupun Y orang kampung yang buta IT, masih ramai bertanya " Y, macam mana nak tukar pdf ke word". Atau, ada yang bertanya, "Kau ada installer converter pdf ke word ke". Jadi, tanpa menaip panjang, begini caranya.

2. Klik "Conver PDF to Word"



3. Kemudian klik "Browse" untuk memilih fail PDF yang kau mahu tukarkan ke Word.



4. Kemudian, klik "Upload and Convert". Kemudian tunggu. Berapa lama Bergantung kepada saiz fail kau dan kelajuan internet.



5. Dah siap!



6. Kemudian, klik kanan pada "Right-click here" dan klik " save link as"

Nak tau bagaimana mendownload suatu file melalui torrent.
Step1 :
Pada step 1 nie kita harus memiliki software client bittorent, disini Y contohkan memakai u Torrent, u all boleh mendownload disini macam gambar software u Torrent kat bawah nie......


Step 2 : Lepas tu install la program tersebut di laptop/pc kita.

Step 3 :
kita harus memiliki file torrent, kita b0leh mendapatkannya pada laman-laman yang menyediakan link-link torrent

Sebagai contoh u all buka salah satu url diatas, kemudian search file yang anda inginkan, kemudian akan diberikan beberapa file torrent yang berhubungan dengan keyword u all pada textbox search,pilih salah satu (kalu boleh yang berbendera hijau) coz bendera hijau bermaksud link/movie pilihan mempunayi seeders yang banyak, dan tentu akan mempercepatkan proses download kita (link banyak yang sedang upload, ingat bittorent adalah berkongsi fail). Selepas anda download filetorrent, maka thumbnails file berbentuk seperti ini


Step 4 :
Selanjutnya aktifkan program u torrent anda, program tersebut akan aktif pada system tray, double klik saja bila tidak tampil pada layar monitor, kemudian seperti biasa kita add torrent kemudian tinggal kita cari dimana lokasi file torrent yang kita download tadi, tinggal klik ok , ok, dan ok saja....maka proses download pun berjalan.
